Appointment

We understand that every situation is unique, which is why we’d be happy to arrange a viewing of the property to be let.

This will allow us to inspect the property in advance, assess its suitability and offer advice for the upcoming letting. This includes the energy performance certificate, the points system and any minor alterations that may be required.

Online

You’ve decided to let out your property – great! We’ll get straight to work: we’ll take photos, create the advert and list the property online.

Following a careful pre-selection of candidates, we’ll schedule and conduct viewings at the property.

Professional Service

A tenant has been selected! Don’t worry, we’ll make sure the tenant is screened, the tenancy agreement is drawn up and signed, and that the first month’s rent and deposit are paid into your account.

Once these steps have been completed, we’ll carry out a full check and inspection and hand over the keys.

Viewings

According to your preferences we will source and match properties as the market allows. Viewings will be scheduled of course we join and advise you, so you can make the best decission. 

When the offer is accepted we will walk you through the rental agreement, so you know what your are signing and feel condifent.

Keys

The day is there, your new home is ready for you to move in!

We will join you during the check in, this can feel stressfull but no worries. During this process we will check the house together with the estate agent, to finalise with your keys and you can enjoy your new home in NL.
